Who We Are
Guy Weissberg
Principal
Guy brings deep management experience, gleaned from building a start-up business, leading a division of a global multinational corporation and running diverse initiatives on six continents. He is a pragmatic hands-on operator, a creative problem solver, and a passionate driver of excellence.
Guy founded and grew a specialized logistics business in Antwerp, Belgium, that became the market leader in its segment. He partnered with and sold to Brink’s Inc., a US-based multinational, after 15 years of successful growth. Subsequently, he led a stand-alone cash logistics unit for Brink’s that had close to 1,000 employees and over $50 million in sales. More recently, Guy was responsible for running key global initiatives at Brink's in the areas of strategy, technology, and lean management.
Guy holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics. In his spare time, Guy is active in a number of community organizations, and enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, and traveling.
